Stacey is a 7th generation Mississippian growing up in Jones County. Stacey attended West Jones High School and is an alumnus of Jones County Junior College, Samford University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Stacey and his wife Whitney met while attending Samford. Stacey and Whitney live in Laurel with their 4 children.
